How to Cool off After a Hot Workout

Need to cool down after you workout? Well we can fix that!

    While you workout take some 3 min. breaks so that your body can calm down for a little while

    Make sure you drink lots of water while you work out and after you workout

    Dump some water from your water bottle on your head. The hair on your head keeps it warm and also your neck so make sure you pour some water on there.

    Put your hair up if you're a girl. If you're a guy, make sure your hair is out of your face. Your hair can keep your forehead and neck warm so make sure some breeze can get to you.

    Carry around a spray bottle to spray yourself with. This really helps you cool down.

    Buy one of those mini battery fans to carry around with you. These don't help that much but they do make a little difference.

    Take a cold bath! That's about the best way to keep cool after a workout and it also keeps you clean!
