    Start by jogging. The average sport requires you to be in great shape. Running or jogging is the basis to your conditioning. Push-ups are also a non-expense and efficient method of gaining stronger arms. Crunches and six-inches are also a vital part to your abdominal muscles.

    Now that you're ready to perform to the peak of your abilities, get the mindset that you will make the team.
