Are there certain
foods that you hate? Does anyone want you to eat them? Talking about
your parents. They want you to eat that spinach, right? Or maybe those
carrots? What about that broccoli? Don't leave out the liver! This can
help you eat those foods!

Steps

1
Think of a drink you like. Eat your food, then drink
your drink. The food should not taste as bad. If you can't find any
drinks, just use water. Water is healthy, anyway.
-
2
If the drink doesn't work, try to hide your food.
Inside your pocket might work, but only do it if you think you can do
it. Not really anyone likes unwrapped food inside their pockets,
especially if the food is really mushy or slimy.

If the drink doesn't work and you don't want any food in
your pockets, try to tell your parents that you really don't want to eat
it. Accept a consequence if there is one. Of course, though, it
might not work if your parents are really determined to get you to eat
it.

If none of the above work, try to eat it. A very
useful trick for this is to hold your breath. Smell and taste go hand in
hand: without one, the other grows weaker. Holding your nose, although
very rude, eliminates as much as 60-70% of the taste, while holding your
breath, rude but hard to notice, eliminates 40-50%.
