    Even if you can never beat someone in sports who is genetically more superior, you can still be the best YOU can be. First be realistic and realize that you can not beat someone in bodybuilding who is taller, bigger and stronger and you and can also gain muscle faster than you can. You got to play up to your standards not somebody elses.

    Then you must realize that the mind is more powerful than the body. Thus, a strong mind with a weak body still has the power to achieve more than a weak mind with a superiors body. Put your mind to it, and you'll succeed.
